We grow a lot of plants, but we also help to grow a lot of monarchs! After feeding on young swamp milkweed (Asclepias incarnata), over 1000 monarch caterpillars metamorphosed into their chrysalises, all over our greenhouse, where they will spend the next 10-19 days transforming into butterflies. These insects clearly appreciate our shift away from chemical pesticides.
